Drop off and Collection
We are meeting at 6pm (for a prompt 6.30pm
departure) on Friday 2nd May in Ware and Colney Heath (please check your email to find out where you are supposed to be)
Minibuses
will be leaving promptly so if you have any problems on Friday afternoon,

On
Monday 5th May the collection will
be from the same locations. We expect to return at approximately 6.30pm,
depending on bank holiday traffic. Please regularly check out this blog for accurate
updates.
Medication
Participants
have been asked to bring personal first-aid kits. These should include only basic
things such as plasters, blister plasters, lip salve and wipes. They should NOT
include any personal medication or over the counter products such as ibuprofen
or paracetamol.
Any medication MUST be put
in a clear plastic bag/container, labelled with
your child’s full name and
clear written instructions about dosage and administration times. This
should be handed to Nikki Smith (Ware) or Hanna (Colney Heath) prior to
getting on the minibus.
Food and Spending Money
Please
could you make sure that children have eaten a meal before they are dropped off
on Friday as it takes several hours to reach Orchard Farm. We will be making a very
short service station stop en route. If you would like to send a maximum of £5
spending money with your child, please do so, but understand that we cannot
take responsibility for this. Just a reminder that no energy drinks or nuts are
to be purchased.

emergency, you should do so only
